I am not receiving my verification code.

First, make sure the getcims.com-domain is whitelisted in order to avoid having our emails getting stuck in a spam filter. Second, you can check your spam inbox.

Sometimes the emails are bundled if many verification emails are requested within a short time. It can be good to double check and open these in the same email thread in order to see the most recent one.

If you are still not receiving the verification codes on email, please reach out to our support team or your CIMS point of contact.
